This is probably the easiest way to get in touch with us, which helps us help you! You can send in a ticket from within PingPlotter via Help → Email PingPlotter Support. This will package up some backend information we can use right away to get you a solution super-quick.

We do have a support phone number: (208)-345-0030, Option 8. If we're not in the office, leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
On all channels, we are available Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM MST. If you write in or leave a voicemail, you can expect a response by 5PM the following business day. We are not in the office on New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day.
