Windows System Requirements

Starting with version 5.27.5, PingPlotter Free, Standard, and Professional editions are supported under the following versions of Windows.

  • Windows Server 2025
  • Windows Server 2022
  • Windows Server 2019
  • Windows Server 2016
  • Windows 11
  • Windows 10

All Windows service packs are supported unless otherwise listed.
PingPlotter runs on 32-bit & 64-bit operating systems.

Running Windows 7 or Windows 8?

PingPlotter 5.25.20 is the latest build for Windows 7, Windows 8, and older Windows Server releases.

Hardware Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • 55MB of disk space (20MB installer, 35MB app). This does not include any additional storage for collected PingPlotter trace data
  • 1 GHz or faster processor
  • 2GB RAM

Recommended Requirements

  • 55MB of disk space (20MB installer, 35MB app). This does not include any additional storage for collected PingPlotter trace data. We recommend setting up a data maintenance strategy for managing trace data
  • 2 GHz or faster dual-core 64-bit processor
  • 4GB RAM
