PingPlotter System Requirements

PingPlotter Free, Standard, and Professional editions run on both macOS and Windows. The latest builds for each platform are listed below, alongside legacy 5.25.20 downloads for older hardware and operating systems.

Windows

Windows System Requirements

Starting with version 5.27.5, PingPlotter is supported on the following versions of Windows.

Supported versions

  • Windows Server 2025
  • Windows Server 2022
  • Windows Server 2019
  • Windows Server 2016
  • Windows 11
  • Windows 10

All Windows service packs are supported unless otherwise listed. PingPlotter runs on 32-bit & 64-bit operating systems.

Minimum hardware

  • 2GB RAM (4GB recommended)
  • A dual-core 64-bit processor or better
  • 5GB of disk space, additional space required for trace data

Starting with version 5.27.5, PingPlotter is supported on the following versions of macOS.

Supported versions

  • macOS Tahoe (26)
  • macOS Sequoia (15)
  • macOS Sonoma (14)
  • macOS Ventura (13)
  • macOS Monterey (12)

Minimum hardware

  • 2GB RAM (4GB recommended)
  • An Apple silicon or Intel processor. Any Mac from the last 10 years, really!
  • 5GB of disk space, additional space required for trace data
