Given your test results, we think you’re having issues with malfunctioning hardware.

This could be as simple as having a disconnected network card or a loose wire.

Start by checking your network settings on Windows or macOS to make sure your network device is enabled. You can also disable and re-enable your network device to see if the issue resolves.

If you are using a WiFi connection, try switching to a wired connection (if possible) or vice-versa. This will narrow down any issue with a faulty network card.

If successful, you should see the results for your Current Device return to normal.
