Step Two

It appears you may be experiencing wireless interference.

This is typically caused by electromagnetic interference or physical obstruction.

To mitigate electromagnetic interference, move your wireless router away from electronics with large power draws such as televisions, refrigerators, or microwaves.

To avoid obstructions, try to place your wireless router outside of enclosures of brick, metal, or concrete if possible. In addition, avoid placing your router in higher areas of foot traffic, as people can also obstruct wireless signals (due to our high water content — we’re not kidding).

Ideally, place your router in an elevated position with the antennae pointed toward areas experiencing poor signal strength.

Did this resolve your issue?

Yes! I don't think so...
